Dealer Terms of Service
- You must have an active relationship with Dadsco Inc, have applied and been approved as a Dealer.
- You must be competent in programming of the Elite product line and capable of meeting the training and support needs of your clients.
- You must be familiar with the terms and conditions for product purchases and rentals and capable of explaining them to your clients.
- You will be given two Affiliate Codes
- Coupon – Share with prospects for them to buy directly from the www.outdoorledsignstore.com website, giving them a discount and you a commission. During the application, you can specify the split between the user discount and your commission.
- Discount – Used by you and your staff to receive the maximum discount eligible to you. No commission is paid to your affiliate account when this coupon is used.
- When a user arrives to the www.outdoorledsignstore.com website using your unique URL (we’ll create one for you), a link from your website or from an email you sent (we will show you the unique codes to embed on your site / email – these are called Banners), they will be tracked as clickthroughs. If they make a purchase, you will receive the appropriate commission payment within 30 days.
- You or your client must use these banners for your affiliate account to receive credit for a Rental.
- If the prospect enters your Coupon code, their shopping cart is updated to show their discounted price and your Affiliate account is credited with a clickthrough. If they complete the purchase, your Affiliate account is credited with a sale. This happens regardless of if the user arrived to the site from your links or not.
- The cookie (a little code left on the visitor’s computer that tells us that you referred them) remains active for 31 days. This means you get credit for a purchase by them if it is done within the first month of their visit.
- Commission checks are paid monthly, with a minimum balance of USD $50.00.
- Commission checks associated with Purchases are paid weekly, with a minimum balance of USD $50.00.
- You understand and agree that Dadsco Inc. has the right to remove and cease promoting any or all products and services at anytime at its sole discretion.
- You understand and agree that Dadsco Inc. has the right to terminate your dealer and/or affiliate agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
- As a dealer, you agree to only represent and sell the Dadsco Elite LED Signs in the “Window and Outdoor LED signs programmed with a handheld remote control” class of products.
- As a dealer, you get access to Dadsco’s complete line of products at a great dealer discount:
- The Elite Series – handheld remote and PC programmable LED signs – Sales and Rentals
- The Masters Series – Full Color PC Programmable LED signs – Sales only
- The Price Change Series – Segmented and Full Matrix signs – Sales only
- As a dealer, you agree to maintain a 1 to 1 ratio between sales and rentals. To be clear, you agree to only rent one sign for every one sign sold. After the first rental, Dadsco will not process your commission check for a rental until the equivalent number of units are sold.
- As a dealer, you have the ability to establish Affiliates under your account, allowing you to develop a network of reps and agents that, when their prospects purchase or rent, will not only give them a commission, but will also give you a commission (3%). Simply send a prospective Affiliate to the site using your Banner link. When they sign up, you will automatically be linked!
